Is your life an open hand or a closed fist? An open hand indicates acceptance, and a willingness to share. A closed fist shows anger and might, a lack of tolerance to all that life offers. The closed hand wants to hold on to the past, to hold on to knowledge, to hold on to fear, to hold on to sadness, to hold on to grief and to hold onto pain.
When your hand is clenched tightly what can you grasp, what can you learn?
An open hand allows others to place something new into your hand. An open hand allows someone to receive information that you have. An open hand indicates a willingness to let go, to let go of something from the past, to let go of anger, anxiety, fear, pain, suffering, and the ego.
When you open your hand, you open your heart.
Doc Childre wrote, “True creativity quite simply starts with balancing your emotions and activating the power of the heart. Through practicing emotional management from the heart, you tap into the highest form of creativity possible–recreating your perceptions of reality.”
